Hakan Heyrettin has captured the sought after signature of former Dagenham and Redbridge captain Tim Cole on a 2 year deal.

Cole, who spent a month on loan at Ship Lane last season, decided to join Thurrock despite interest from Aldershot & Chelmsford City amongst others. He has played for Dagenham since signing from Leyton Pennant in 1997 for a four figure fee.
