Striker Craig O'Connor has left Thurrock by mutual consent.

Craig, who scored 7 goals in 15 games, said that travelling from his Slough to Thurrock was beginning to take it toll.

Joining the club is Carl Williams - a 28 year old midfielder from Cambridge. Williams started his career at QPR before playing a couple of first team games for Fulham he then dropped into non-league with Collier Row. Most of his time has been spent with Hitchin Town before signing for Cambridge City in January 2004
