Martin Carthy (right), who has been on loan to AFC Wimbledon for the past month, has joined Welling in a permanent deal.

Carthy joined Thurrock in the summer from local rivals Grays Athletic for his second spell at Ship Lane and scored 8 goals in 29 appearances. His total in both spells is 297 games and 61 goals.
