The friendly with West Ham has had to be cancelled due to an amended reserve team fixture.

West ham did offer an alternative date, but due to other commitments and the likely hood that they would only be able to send a reserve/youth side we declined the invitation.

Chief Executive Tommy South said “This is a blow for us, but we would not like to disappoint the people of Thurrock by playing a youth team. West Ham are also upset but the reserve league fixture had to take preference.”
