International
call up for Keelo!
Fantastic news arrived late Thursday evening when it was announced
that Jon Keeling had been called up by FA National Game XI team manager Paul
Fairclough to join the England squad.
Jon will be part of the squad that face Belgium at the Albertstadion
in Ostend next Tuesday evening.
The squad is made up of players from the three feeder league's
as the Nationwide Conference clubs did not allow their players permission to
take part.
Everyone at the club and I'm sure I speak for all the supporters,
will wish Jon the very best of luck and hope that takes some part in the game.
I'm sure he will wear his Three Lions shirt with great pride, he should do,
and we are proud of him.
