Another encouraging performance for Purfleet.

Leyton Orient went ahead as early as the third minute and had the bulk of the position but the Fleet held firm, particularly McFarlane and Chandler and the heart of the defence.

In the second half the fleet came more into the game with both Simpson and Georgiou going close and skipper, Jimmy McFarlane heading on to the cross bar.
